Business Outlook
Pros
Nystrom comes with so many ways to gain support while working here. They are an extremely large company, and have found ways to easily access admin support, professional support, and personal support. I have been checked-in with frequently to make sure I have everything I need. I feel like they care more about me then my productivity levels even though that aspect of a job is just as important. They care about me personally and professionally, especially as a newer therapist!
Cons
I do miss feeling personally connected to higher administration, however the administration at the site I am at makes sure all of my needs are met. This "con" is not something that can be changed working for a larger agency.
