Flexible schedule, amazing support staff, organized and consistent policies. Excellent support from HR. Feel extremely valued as an employee.

Pros

Flexible hours/days, more hours worked more money per hour made, mileage reimbursement, easy to get rid of bad clients, great new hire training, licensure supervision available.

Cons

Hard to get up to full time hours right away, confusing pay scale, some supervisors are not that great, only get paid for seeing clients so if they cancel last minute you're out of luck.
