Pros

Many appreciation brunches and gatherings for company.

Cons

Managers play favorites. They have a power and control issue and want to know everything and do nothing about it.

Pros

Flexible, close commute from home and free lunch some days.

Cons

Terrible management, upper management, very unorganized and poor communication. The people that work here don't seem to like their jobs. Billers, practitioners and most of the staff never say hello or smile. Pay is low and benefits are terrible. I don't plan to stay here long. In my short time with the company, about 14 team members quit for a better opportunity or just because they were tired of all the micro management and favoritism.

Pros

Work flexibility, easy to take time off. Teamwork among support staff is great, communication is highly promoted and coworkers were a joy to work with. Free food from pharmacy reps on some days.

Cons

Ironically, support staff feel among the least supported by administration or higher management. Compensation is low while expectations of work performance is high. Tasks can include custodial skills such as sanitizing common areas of clinics and checking on restrooms. Mentally and emotionally taxing job that pays little for the work demanded. Support staff are micromanaged making it difficult to feel competent at work.
