Pros

They provide clients and do billing which is helpful, also supervision is covered (1 hour a week). It's okay for people starting out.

Cons

Lack of communication between working parts (admin, psychiatry, etc.), the company seems too big (too many cooks in the kitchen) which makes each part work less effectively. Also the split they take for billing is much lower than other companies.

Cons

Burn out is very easy, many things to do for very little pay and raises are almost non existent and are only 0.50 if you do get one.
