They provide clients and do billing which is helpful, also supervision is covered (1 hour a week). It's okay for people starting out.

Cons

Lack of communication between working parts (admin, psychiatry, etc.), the company seems too big (too many cooks in the kitchen) which makes each part work less effectively. Also the split they take for billing is much lower than other companies.

The counselors are very compassionate and empathetic.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations of staff. upper management is only concerned about how many people they can get admitted in the shortage period of time. Feels like no care for staff getting burnt out. Client care really suffers. Client to counselor ratio is not conducive to Client care.
