Pros

Other LADCs, front of house, and MH therapists were great to work with. Some people really do what's best for the clients.

Cons

Upper management rarely listens to their staff. Ever since Nystrom was bought less than a year ago, it seems that the comapny focus is soley profits and not the health of the workers or the clients. Management has tendencies to be passive aggressive, with a 'company 1st, family and personal life 2nd' attitude. High turn over and burnout rate.
