there's new management and they're unpleasant. it's not the the way it used to be, which was with a sense of community and collaboration

Wonderful coworkers working at the residential facility in Big Lake, and everyone gets along

Cons

When someone tries to leave, management tries to up their wages by a few dollars an hour. If they would just have that as the base pay to begin with there would not be any issues with folks leaving. Also, the schedule is put out only a week (if that) in advance. Makes it hard to plan you life.
