Pros

I really liked the people at my location, the clinical director was kind and personable and I liked working with all of my coworkers. Also, I loved the business was initially started by therapists.

Cons

I am unsure about at all locations but the location where I was employed changed a lot. Billing seemed to become outsourced and it was harder to get questions answered. To me it felt like the therapists weren't thought of as much as they used to be.
