      Pros

      Decent benefits, good company. The staff at my location was nice.

      Cons

      Expect 25 client hours weekly, will threaten to take your benefits away or fire you if you don’t meet this. Poor pay.

      Pros

      Free supervision, fantastic co-workers. CEO and VP of Addiction Services have made immense improvements for the organization. Commensurate pay with other organizations as an LADC.

      Cons

      Don't like to hire assessor's, would rather put assessments on counselor's schedules to keep them as busy as possible. Don't want to took at the high turnover rate - sure, part of it is just the job, but they could be doing so much more to lessen LADC's coming and leaving.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, insurance credentialing, easy client matching, great network of therapists to consult and connect with.

      Cons

      Terrible PTO both in pay and time accrued. Salaried employees who don’t provide services receive better benefits than the clinical staff who actually provide the company’s services. Upper leadership placates but is very transparent that the priority is the business over the employee. Appreciation for staff is performative.
