Good management when it was still with HGS

Cons

It is already demanding that it is no longer agent driven. They require us to have upskilling yet where still gaining at least the same amount of pur salary

Extremely negative experience and the absolute worst HR management

Pros

In terms of work, it's excellent and there are a lot of things to learn, especially for new hires. This is the ideal place to learn a lot.

Cons

The HR department has not performed well and is a complete disaster. After you are ready to buy out your policies, this company will not accept immediate reliving.

The account is very light weight and the given schedule. All the people around you is helping you whenever you ask them for help. The workplace is super duper okay. Very nice people and staff. If you don't have any Bpo experience this the company were you could start your Bpo journey.

Cons

The salary increase is very limited. The creational activity is limited.
