Company applied 2 H1B's (I am not aware) with same client letter, got caught with USCIS for attempting fraud and revoked both H1B's ..ultimate victim is me..

Pros

I was working from home for over a year and was given immense knowledge and training. Senior management very helpful and inclined to listen and understand and train in my job profile.

Cons

Working from home was a little difficult, as I had to manage the whole of Bangalore region all by myself. The clients did not have a decent review about the company, may be due to the over pressure of the business to the clients.
