I have around 5 years of experience in US staffing. Saicon is one of the best company to work with. Management is very very helpful. You'll never have to follow with anyone for your salary. It always comes on time. I love this company and would love to work in future

The pay and on boarding process was great.

Cons

The client Deloitte did not provide the time keeping resources as planned causing confusion. Deloitte had control issues and mismanaged projects without accepting accountability.
