      Pros

      It is a very challenging job, it is wearing multiple hats throughout the day, it is working long hours to make sure everything goes through correctly. It is stressful in the best way. Every day I come to work I get to help someone in some way. From helping them find a new job to just giving them active feedback on their resume. I come in everyday to help people and that is what I get to do.

      Cons

      Training was a bit sparse, but it is a lot of on the job training. Coming in without experience was hard.

      Open door policy, management are personal and willing to help each employee succeed in their role, positive work environment, great benefits I think Saicon is a great place to work for anyone looking to jump start their career in Recruitings.
