      Pros

      Good for freshers and those who don't want any growth in their career. And always be ready because they can terminate you without giving you any valid reason. Always feels like "unsecured job".

      Cons

      Can do misbehave and unprofessional things with anyone because management and HR are least concern about those things, Unskilled and manner less managers. There is no One to check what managers are doing. They may make your profile down. No proper team meetings performance analysis and performance improvement plan. No training . Don't care for talent. Without giving any feedback and warning direct fire policy. fire u in one day if they don't like your attitude. I would recommend this company to all my enemies!

      Pros

      Can work Independently with freedom to chose the way you want to work No micromanagement Easy access to HR, Finance and Immigration Departments Top Management accessible to everyone Good clientele anyone can make the incentive double the salary easily if one is serious about it

      Cons

      Working in night shift is tough and just work adds to it. No fun activities except for few Trips, and parties.

      one and only 1 is nothing...

      Cons

      - each individual will work as boss for him self -top level people dont have minimum knowledge. -lot of internal politics -poor salary structures -does not care for employees -Full of restrictions
