      Pros

      My team members are supportive, accepting of change, and great to be around. My management supports my input, readily provides resources to accomplish the job, and doesn't look to assign blame when things don't go according to plan. As an employer, SailPoint actively supports diversity and inclusion and work/life balance.

      Strong accessible leadership that are focused on innovation, maintain integrity, support the individuals that work here and have made a clear impact on the community through various means. Excellent product. Honest team members that operate with integrity and treat our prospects and customers right. Everyone is willing and wants to help. Ability to grow within. Appropriate amounts of training. Clearly organized to take care of both internal and external stakeholders.

      I'm honestly not sure what to say here. I've been with SailPoint for a little over 3 years and am more of a fan today than I was yesterday. It's a real privilege to work alongside those I work with.
