Pros

I've never worked with a better team. SailPoint talks a lot about hiring people who are hungry, humble and smart. I've worked here for more than 10 years and seen the company grow from 200 employees to close to 2,000. I've been so impressed at SailPoint's ability to maintain that great culture. The leadership truly cares about their employees as individuals and works to find the best role to help people accelerate their careers by building on their strengths. They don't try to make every person with the same title do the exact same things. I've been able to work my way up learning new skills and figuring out what I'm good at and what I like. There's always something new and exciting to work on - never a dull moment. I work hard, but I also am afforded the flexibility I need in my personal life for my kid's activities, school functions, doctors appointments, etc.

Cons

Compensation has never been at the top of the market but SailPoint does a lot to ensure that pay is fair and benefits are comparable to the market. The "unlimited vacation as approved by your manager" policy should really be revisited as it is not applied consistently throughout the company.

Pros

Our organization fosters a people-centric, remote-first culture that prioritizes employee well-being and work-life balance. By empowering our employees and creating a supportive environment, we believe we indirectly cultivate exceptional customer service. This approach is characterized by: Employee-centric focus: Prioritizing the needs and growth of employees. Remote work flexibility: Offering employees the freedom to work from anywhere. Open communication: Encouraging honest feedback and constructive criticism. Collaborative environment: Fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing. Customer satisfaction: Delivering outstanding customer experiences as a natural outcome of employee satisfaction.

Cons

Management "shoots from the hip" more often than not. Promotions are not recognized but brushed under the rug. It's hard to get fired or to have consequences making accountability a problem. 2nd and 3rd chances are great but at some point, we have to drop the dead weight.

Pros

I've been working at SailPoint for a while now, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The job is fulfilling, and I've been offered numerous opportunities for growth and development within the company. The leadership truly invests in employees' career paths, making sure we have the resources and support to advance. The benefits are excellent, with comprehensive packages that cater to both personal and professional needs. The work is challenging but in a way that keeps you engaged and motivated. The company culture is also supportive, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation. Overall, SailPoint is a great place to work if you're looking for a company that values your growth and provides a rewarding work environment.

Cons

The only reason I’m not giving it a full five stars is that, like any fast-growing company, there can be occasional growing pains. However, management is responsive, and the pros far outweigh any minor cons.
