      Pros

      Trusted to do my job by management and my peers. Given the tools needed to succeed and always feeling supported (if needed). Leadership is authentic and truly live out our core values. REMOTE REMOTE REMOTE

      Cons

      The office is far away from home. Not their fault. But this isn't really a con I guess, since we are all REMOTE - if we choose to be.

      Pros

      Been at sailpoint for about 8 months and it is a place I see myself working at for a long time. The people I work with are super smart, kind and there’s no such thing as a dumb question in everyone’s book. The product itself is challenging and interesting to work on and the life-work balance is encouraged. You are treated like an adult and as long as you get your work done you are free to set your own schedule.
