Global. University Program for young college graduates.

Cons

-Could improve on 401k package although it was recently improved to match 50% up to the first 6% of employee contributions (up from the first 3% of employee contributions).

Terrible Inside Sales Leadership in EMEA

Most of the employees are very nice and friendly

Cons

The leadership of the Inside Sales in the UK does not fully understand the product and technology after months of being here. In the space of a year, I have seen a negative change (no team spirit, no vision how to develop the team, etc.) and this is due to a lack of knowledge und understanding of the market by the Inside Sales leadership. Bad working relationship with the sales and marketing.

You're treated like an adult and given a lot of autonomy. There is a lot of flexibility. Management sincerely cares and supports their teams. They're generous with recognizing and rewarding achievements. I'm so grateful to be here.

Cons

I would love to see SailPoint be more diverse, but I know it's a priority and will take time.
