Pros
Singularly focus on building a best-in-class product. The product does what it says it can do, is mature, and customers know and like it. Coming from a company that tried so hard to be something it's not, it is refreshing to work for a company that knows what it is; and strongly executes on it. The people and culture are second to none. The CEO is engaged and core principles permeate down throughout the organization. It's a company that cares about its people and an effort is made to create community. They hire well. They expect strong performance. And they see results. Managers care about their employees and everyone is motivated to move this thing forward. The details matter. I truly enjoy the product, the people, and culture.
Cons
I'm used to being punched in the face on a daily basis by terrible managers, toxic company culture, and half-baked products; I don't get that here at SailPoint.
