Pros

No micromanaging Solid teammates willing to step in and assist when available. Good compensation

Cons

Services team is perpetually understaffed, every time we hire someone new a more senior member leaves. Limited horizontal or vertical movement. It's near impossible for someone to transition to a non-revenue generating position. This is causing talented members to leave. "Victims of our own success" - Too many incoming projects/Cases to sufficiently staff given constrained and over worked resources. Efforts to address work-life balance at odds with large emphasis on utilization. No longer has that start-up company culture.

Pros

There's a strong culture here centered around respect for each other and employees as professionals and adults. There's also a strong ethic of serving customers, whether external or internal. Healthcare benefits are good. Compensation is competitive.

Cons

Customer service ethic can lead to long hours if you don't set strong boundaries, especially in our current remote world. "Unlimited" PTO (in the US) is also a risk. Any employer with this policy can very easily suck you into not taking leave because there's no clear standard for how much you should take.

Culture and values are lived out, every day. Integrity is pervasive, i.e. everywhere. Excellent team environment and our customers receive the best support. Pay is competitive and generous. Management is engaged, approachable and supportive. Great opportunities for career growth. So many long-term employees really helps provide solid strategic direction. I never have to lie to a customer, because our solutions really work.

Cons

Company matched 401K finally started. Austin based company has to deal with ultra-weird Austin culture. We compete with the highest integrity, even when our competition does not.
