      Pros

      I have been working for Saince (started part-time and became full-time) for just over 3 years now. I absolutely LOVE it! I left a big MTSO company after I was tired of feeling like a work horse with no respect for the job that we do. Great support and friendly fellow employees. Overall great company that makes you feel the work you do is important. I definitely missed that!

      Pros

      Great support and accommodations from direct supervisor. Great hours and pay is always on time and accurate. PTO is a bank to be used at your discretion.

      Cons

      Health insurance is expensive, but not limited to this employer, I believe it is expensive nationwide.

      Pros

      Pay is always on time. Management is fair and honest. QA sends feedback, which is helpful and they are not nitpicky. This company truly cares about the quality of the medical records which you just do not see anymore.

      Pay could be higher.
