      Pros

      Plentiful of opportunities to prove. Friendly Atmosphere. No biased decisions. If you are skilled enough, You will have a good career growth. Work as an individual or in a team, Your skills and effort will be recognized for sure. If it's not Saince, You would never get a chance to upgrade your skill set.

      No Cons for now as I never though of an issue with Saince as a CON.

      Pros

      The people are really nice.

      Cons

      Poor pay, punitive QA staff, accounts are not adequately staffed. Too cheap to offer company e-email to the MLS staff, so personal e-mail flooded with overtures to work overtime or requests to work less than a full shift because of work shortages.
