Pros

Very nice people to work for. Help is always there if you reach out. Pay isn't what it used to be but that is everywhere. I am very happy with this company. Pay is more than I expected to make honestly.

Cons

None on their part. I have a few accounts and have a little trouble shifting between them but it will come in time. Good folks, overall.

I loved my supervisor and the QA supervisor. PT0 and full insurance benefits were a plus for someone working at home.

Cons

I did not feel valued as a whole by the company and found that I was just one of many when special needs arose that required upper management approval.
