Plant management was a mess. GM was great but had responsibilities for multiple plants so generally unreachable. Both plant manager and quality manager have since left/fired so maybe better now? Promotions seem to be dependent on manager's whims as there is no formal structure. Attempts were made to improve morale through recognition awards but seemed to have little impact.

Employees are overworked and stressed but management won't see it. Employees that were there 35 years were given their walking papers without any idea what was going to happen. Manager just walked up to their desk and told them their job was over and would not let them get their personal belongings from their desks. Walked them out like they were criminals. Remaining employees work in fear of losing their job at any given moment.
