      great employees - fair pay - safety is rated quite highly -good team work -a lot of learning tools in certain areas

      Cons

      management needs to value there employees much more - very male orientated -a lot of who you know and your friends with to get any where there -job security is not present

      Pros

      Good People on the floor, OK pention plan just ok though. not a real pension plan but better than nothing.

      Cons

      Managment and safty are stressed but not enforced. Managment is lost and pay scale is about $3 a hour under scale. And bennifits are marginal. Turn over is very high do to pay scale and Upper Managment not treating employee's fair and not being honest with employee's HR included. No room to advance even though they like to stress there is. One MUST have a degree to go anyplace in Company and company does not "pay for schooling" as they say they do. Budget issue's are horrible, as is waste, and severe lack of training on and upgrading of equipment. Talking with friends still there nothing has changed over the past few years.

      Competitive wages, good benefits, 401k, retirement

      Cons

      Shift work(rotates every 5 days), small window for advancement, not climate-controlled(VERY hot in the summer, cold in the winter), no personal days.
