Pros

I love this company because it is a whole package. Their team environment is highly collaborative, they have a good benefit package, and have profit sharing bonuses every year.

Cons

The pay is not transparent and not equal around the plant with many people working the same job and receiving wildly different rates that don't even seem to reflect skill or experience level.

Good people. Positive culture. Balanced work life (for the most part).

Cons

Same as most large conglomerates. Stubborn management, conflict and disconnect with higher ups, sometimes lacking communication between R&D and production.

Pros

Generally good people to work with. The training and development opportunities are there. The company as a whole is good but some individual plants have some serious management issues. Compensation is competitive.

Cons

For a company this size the healthcare benefits are mediocre! The absolute worst healthcare benefits in my entire career across 5 different companies. That is why you are getting 1 star only. Too much politics and back stabbing at all levels.
