One of the best companies I have experienced.

Pros

Small company attitude with big company security. Friendly and respectful workplace with very few "jerks". The Senior Management team is approachable and demonstrate strong professional commitment to the values of the organization. Difference of opinion is accepted which provides the freedom to contribute in an honest and open way.

Cons

The higher you progress in the organization the more likely it is that you will have to relocate. Most Executive positions are filled by French men.

Stable company, good product, safety before all else. Good health care, good 401k match plus a pension.

Cons

Managers do not know how to motivate and actually be leaders. Don't bother to give constructive feedback, instead would rather belittle in front of others and call their reports stupid. Certainly no belief in servant leadership.

Clearwater SG was the worst company I ever worked for by far.

Pros

Most production employees are hard workers & helpful. Otherwise I don't have any other pros to list about the Clearwater site.

Cons

Upper management, WCM Lead and Production Mgr. very weak in my opinion, which is shared by probably most production employees and lower paid salary employees at site.
