There is good teamwork and there is a positive work environment, even in very stressful situations. The direct management is better and more personal than any other hospital I've seen.

Cons

At the end of the day, you're always just another number to the people at the top who make the decisions. They also were pretty distasteful in the way they went about severely cutting our pay with 31 days notice.
