Pros

Unique cases due to multinational neighborhood. Experience with IUGR pateints, alocoholics, drug addicts etc.

Cons

They keep on hiring baby nurses that leave as soon they get one to two years of experience. Trying to save money? It's a waste.

Pros

Hired in easily. There are 2 campuses - really separate hospitals and cultures. Pay is average. If you have opportunity, choose the Plymouth Campus - not the Mishawaka one.

Cons

Plymouth - none really. Good management team there. Mishawaka - where do I begin. Totally dysfunctional upper management. They are engrossed in their internal politics and don't care much for patients. I've been there 2 years and am trying to get out. Poorly managed patient care hospital.
