      Management assumes that you know everything and jump straight to excellence if you are at a good position. They don’t give credit to hard work and work you have done and pinpoint of the you have not. They don’t care if you say you are new and if all the work is within 3 months of the job which is pretty much the time where they want to see you on top of everything and excelling already
