Some very unprofessional supervisors, jobs are either very easy or very difficult, the same lazy people always get the easiest jobs day in and day out such as tray line, expo and food checker. Lazy people disappear, stand around talking doing nothing, take long breaks, supervisors don't care as long as they show up. Some supervisors are very unprofessional and like to stir up trouble.

Hospital management is the same everywhere, budgets matter more than the employees and most aren't willing to work with CNA/PCTS/Techs while they go to school.
