Pros

Pay is good, work life balance is good, remote work available after 90 days

Cons

bad communication with leadership. Onboarding training is good but the training after you have learned your basic job functions is not good- its hard to grow as an employee with no management help.

Pros

Great management in my previous unit. Charge nurses were awesome and looked out for staff. There are Career Advancement Projects that make you eligible for raises. Great patients.

Cons

The current clinic I work in has been a poor experience. Expectations were not managed between the clinic physician and nursing management. 2 staff members working under this doctor are quitting and the 3rd is looking for a new job. It is been a little rough.
