Best Place to Give Care

Pros

Leadership from the top down are focused on excellence in patient care and work with staff to achieve it. SLHS is Magnet status and nursing's voice is present and respected at all levels of decision making. I very rarely meet an employee that doesn't have a good attitude and team focus. Greatest "pros" is seeing a patient smile at you and thank you for the excellent care!

Cons

I truly can't come up with a Con.
