Pros

This is a great company that really cares about there employees. I left to pursue a traveling position and no where else compared. Plenty of opportunity to pick up overtime if desired. Nurses working here really care about their patients.

Cons

Just like every healthcare facility cuts are being made and can be felt on the nursing level. Less benefits, PTO, and more focus on cost saving at the bedside.

Pros

Even though this Saint Luke's is a bigger health system I never felt like a number. There was always a sense of family.

Cons

Much like all health systems nationwide, Saint Luke's really started cutting their budgets across the board which led to less than average pay scales in my department.
