      Overall, a good hospital to work though the facilities need updated..

      Pros

      There is an emphasis on quality care and fiscal responsibility. Generally, management does listen to employees. The benefit package is pretty good for a hospital employer.

      Cons

      There is no money spent to upgrade areas which are not visible to visitors. We have a few broken chairs to sit on and were told it was not in the budget to get new chairs. Our medical director spoke up and insisted on new chairs which is the only reason we have gotten two new chairs out of the minimum of 5 that we need.
