Nice people, lots of different types of career opportunities. Heard great things from employees about the high standard of care given to patients.

Small raises if any at all. Lack of communication and policies throughout the health system.

Pros

This is a great company that really cares about there employees. I left to pursue a traveling position and no where else compared. Plenty of opportunity to pick up overtime if desired. Nurses working here really care about their patients.

Cons

Just like every healthcare facility cuts are being made and can be felt on the nursing level. Less benefits, PTO, and more focus on cost saving at the bedside.
