Pros

Good benefits, some decent coworkers.

Night shift does not have as much available to them as day shift, fast turn around with employees, raises are small, sick policy is horrible.

Pros

Only required to work 3 days a week 12 hour days. Flexibility to trade shifts with co workers. Health benefits.

Cons

Can’t hold more than one Title. No incentive for becoming a success coach and training new hire (Other than a pat on the back, and a new badge). Get paid as much as the person doing the bare minimum. Little to no career development for those not having a 4 year degree.
