Staff often work well together and look out for each other.

Cons

They do not care about their employees. They just care that they have enough bodies to work any given shift. Massive disconnect between management and the reality of working on the floor,

Pros

I am from Kansas city but go to school 3 hours away so the shifts being once every 6 weeks was really helpful in maintaining my school life and my work balance

Cons

There are so 8 hour shifts or split shifts for student nurses which I think there should be since student nurses like me are working 12+ hour shifts on top of school work and studying
