Pros

The PTO accrual is very nice, and you are exposed to a lot of new experiences clinically.

Cons

Favoritism is well seeded into the culture. One lead technician is favored over all others, including other leads. This particular lead technician makes arbitrary changes to the work flow of the front line techs, while said lead tech has not staffed in the workflow in months to almost a full year. Management has no regard for well being of employees and hold nobody accountable.
