I get a paycheck every two weeks

Cons

The Executive director and other management staff are rude! Communication does not exist at St. Therese of Woodbury. The residents constantly complain about nothing getting fixed in their apartments, promises aren’t kept. I’ve been in my position for 1 year and I’ve had 4 different managers! If you have other options for employment, don’t work at this place!

Residents were wonderful and pleasant

Cons

Horrible management and lack of professional leadership. Administrator plays favorites. Everyone is toxic. Residents suffer.

Pros

the residents, patients, and families. the floor staff. health and dental, holiday pay, extra hours if you want them.

Cons

impossible to get a day off. if you ever work on the tcu you will get at least 3 admissions every night and there is no admission nurse. you have to do your job and do the admissions. long shifts. very low raises that don't even make a difference, 1 raise a year. management only cared about keeping the rooms filled.
