- Low pay - Zero opportunities for growth unless you are close with management - No work life balance - Most tasks are busy work leaving less time to do actual work - Poor office culture and communication from managers - Uncertainty surrounding company’s future - Systems are unnecessarily complicated and outdated - No trust in junior staff’s ability to do their jobs - Overbearing managers/upper management micro manages every little thing you do, and never has real answers or fixes for issues/questions
