Dedicated colleagues and evolving culture. New company values.

Cons

The biggest change following the acquisition of NMG is the retirement plan. It changed from a 100% match of the first 3% and 50% match of the next 3% to 100% match to the first 1% and 50% match on the next 5%. It feels like the company isn't setting up employees for future financial success and wellness.
