1. The people; it would be tough to finer a nicer group of people to work with. 2. Unlimited PTO 3. Great employee discount 4. Really good Benefits

Cons

1. From a creative perspective, they are stuck in their ways and so while this is an excellent place to learn it is not the best place to grow. 2. Passive aggressive senior leadership 3. They don't trust the people they hire as much as they should. Fresh Ideas are always met with open ears but seldom do they ever go anywhere.
