Pros

Good recognition for performers. Good opportunities to learn and grow. Overall an ethical firm.

Cons

Limited clientele. Top rung of the management changes frequently. Has not been able to grow at a similar level as certain industry peers who started-up around the same time.

I can write a book.... I got around 7+ years of exp in the software industry , I have never ever come across such bad management team.. few of them r worst U wont find managers or leaders .. they r replaced with chameleons.. trust me this company will never grow unless they take some serious decision to replace some of the top management guys or they will surely bring down this firm... Sycophancy group....u scratch my back i scratch yours attitude..!!! Even the most exp folks so calld loyal will form a gang n try to brain wash u

Management is very poor, hell lot of politics while making decisions and only favorite people of manager can stay and reach to top.. no worth of genuine and hardworking resources.
