you may learn some good technical stuff here if and only if you are assigned in a good project.
Cons
- Your job is never secure in this company. - No salary Hike. - No Employee benefit plans, very less leaves. - Useless Managers. - A lots of politics around. - Hire and Fire Company, even if you are a permanent employee they treat you as a contractor. they can fire you any day if they found some resource to work in less money. They may say you that you don't needed anymore and you don't need to come office from tomorrow. - Amend their policy as per their need. They can make any change in the rules any day as they want which you may never ever had heard or will heard any company.
