Except for the salary they give, there is no other reasons to work at saksoft.

Everything is a downside, first of all, there is no job security. everyday you will have to live with a fear that they might throw you out of the company.Performance doesnt matter. A java professional will be asked to work on DB and a DB guy will be working on .NET. "Today is your last day at saksoft,so, Please submit your resignation", this is the news you will get on a fine morning. Dont think that this is because of performance, as i said, performance is not a criteria for these guys. and once you refuse to resign, they will threaten on your termination. They do not have any projects at their ODCs, all they do is body shopping. with this kind of nature, this can not be a limited company. They say that this is a LEVEL 5 company, do be fooled by that. Not even 200 members are working there and how can it be a Level company. This company has no particular policies except what they make at that particular moment.
