What you described does not align with the approach our leaders strive to embrace, and I am sorry this was your experience during your brief time with us. While our work can be challenging and timelines demanding, we prioritize strategic staffing and encourage work-sharing across teams to balance workloads. When one area is at capacity, we actively seek opportunities to share resources across groups to alleviate pressure. We also staff up to ensure the highest-need roles are filled—in the last year we hired over 700 team members, not including those from mergers. Collaboration is at the heart of our success, and we work regularly with our leaders to address barriers and ensure mutual support remains a core part of our culture. Creating an environment where every team member can thrive is central to our mission, and we deeply value the perspectives and contributions of everyone on our team.
