Pros

The atmosphere at Salas O’Brien is wonderful. With flexible hours and an amazing management team, it is a pleasure to work for them. They are very transparent in everything that is going on within the company. They also have salary plus overtime options for a lot of positions.

Cons

There is always a lot of work and not as many people to cover it. You will find yourself working more overtime than anticipated to get the jobs done.
