Pros

Fair, flexibility with respect to work life balance. The company makes good on on compensation and there is ample opportunity in my capacity to increase my own earnings as directly related to my sales efforts.

Cons

Nepotism, no company supported continued education, There is a perception that limits growth opportunities, employees literally believe to receive a raise they must approach management with a leveraged offer for consideration. Many department personnel do not see the path to/for personal growth as nothing is outlined and cast by leadership.

nothing but wonderful experience with promotion of women upper management values your opinion and gives time to any idea values family time and will work with your schedule needs if you are someone they want on the team

more vacation time around major holidays, though this is understandable because major holidays are Christian and are our busist times
