      Pros

      The best part of working here is the people. On top of that, I am now semi-retired and they give me great flexibility in taking time off to be "retired" while at the same time they indicate how pleased they are to benefit from my 52 years experience in the broadcasting business.

      Cons

      There could be better communication from management to employees and from administration to programming on the local level.

      Pros

      A company full of caring people on both a personal and professional level. The corporate management team is supportive of employees and is open to constructive comments regarding the business and the how the business environment affects the employees.

      Cons

      There is a struggle at times to balance "Christian" company with "Publicly traded" company. Sometimes communications is slow or forgotten, but compared to other companies Salem does put forth a better effort than most.
